We have clients worldwide, and wish to make contacting us as easy as possible for those people that located outside of Pleasantville, Iowa.   • Monday through Thurday: 8 AM to 8 PM Central Time
    • Please note: Call volume is extremely high between 5 pm and 7 pm central. Some calls are routed to voice mail to alleviate long wait times. If you are routed to voice mail, please leave customer service a message and your call will be returned in the order it was received.
  • Friday & Saturday: In studio appointments only
  • Sunday: closed

  Eastern, +1 hour Mountain, +2 hours Pacific) . We make every effort to
  answer our phone during office hours. On occasion, we may be on another
  line or in the workshop when you call. If this is the case, please leave
  a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
